Tickets are non-transferable and we do not offer refunds. Once you purchase access to a virtual event, you will have 72 hours to watch. If your rental includes access to a Q&A or panel conversation, a Zoom link will be emailed to you closer to the event. A PDF of tickets to in-person events will be emailed to you after the purchase is finalized. Please print or have the PDF ready to show at the door.
Passes – the best way to enjoy the full breadth of the JxJ Virtual Festival – are available for purchase now. JxJ’s All Access Pass grants access to over 30 screenings, concerts, and virtual conversations.

By attending a JxJ event, the ticketholder agrees to being filmed or recorded, and to the publication, reproduction, distribution and other use of all photographs, video, or other recordings of the attendee’s voice or likeness, without further notice or compensation.
All JxJ virtual programs can be accessed from anywhere in the US. Programs cannot be accessed outside the US. All virtual programs will become available between May 23-30 only, but pre-sales are open and encouraged (there is a limited availability to tickets in the Festival).
Patrons are strictly prohibited from recording JxJ films, concerts, or live events.
JxJ reserves the right—without refund—to refuse admission, and/or cancel or take away the digital access of any person who violates these conditions. If a patron’s conduct toward Festival staff or other patrons is deemed to be hostile, aggressive, or otherwise inappropriate, they may also have their access revoked and be removed from Festival events.
In the event of rain or inclement weather forecasts during outdoor and drive-in events, patrons will be notified of a cancelation and refunded for their tickets. We will make every effort to postpone canceled events to a later date, either outdoors or at Cafritz Hall, once it reopens.
