JxJ is committed to the health and safety of our patrons, our artists, and our staff. All activity at JxJ and within the EDCJCC will continue to be in accordance with regulations from the DC government and CDC.
Our building has been operating safely, with both a preschool and a gym, giving us substantial opportunity to refine our health and safety measures. Cafritz Hall boasts a new and state-of-the-art HVAC system, including a dedicated outdoor air system that brings 100% fresh air into our auditorium every 8 minutes.
VACCINATION
Proof of vaccination is no longer required to enter the Edlavitch DCJCC.
MASKS
Effective March 21, 2022, masking has become optional within the EDCJCC, except for in Goldman Theater and Cafritz Hall (where JxJ programs are held), as well as in any other program deemed necessary by the seating layout.
Our vaccination and mask policies will be updated based on CDC guidance, as well as guidance from local and state governmental health authorities. Updates or adjustments to these policies will be communicated on our website and in emails to our community. These policies will be implemented and enforced in full compliance with all applicable laws requiring reasonable accommodations of disabilities and religious beliefs.
CREDITS & PROGRAM CANCELLATIONS
Should any future program be cancelled due to health concerns, full refunds will be issued (or credits for those who prefer).
